Cancellation Policy:

24-Hour Cancellation: For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tutoring session, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied.

Last-Minute Cancellations: For cancellations made within 6 hours of the scheduled session, the full session fee will be charged.

Emergencies: In case of genuine emergencies (e.g., illness, family emergencies), we will work with you to find a mutually agreeable solution.

These policies are implemented to ensure fairness to our tutors and allow them to potentially schedule other students during the reserved time slot.

Tutoring Services:

Our services are designed to provide academic support and guidance.

Tutors are not qualified to provide financial advice or legal counsel.

We cannot provide advice on school-based legal matters, such as IEP or 504 plan disputes.

IEP/504 Meeting Support:

We can offer support during IEP and 504 meetings upon prior agreement and for a separate, nominal fee.

This support will generally involve attending the meeting and providing observations and feedback to the student and their family.

Confidentiality:

We value your privacy and will maintain the confidentiality of all student information.

Information shared during tutoring sessions will be treated with the utmost discretion.
